SZM-W stereo microscope is equipped with a microscope host, high-definition camera device, and image measurement software, and is widely used for macroscopic observation of metal materials (such as weld penetration, surface cracks, size measurement, etc.). It can be applied to the detection of electronic industry production lines, the calibration of single board PCs, scientific research units, universities, etc.

High eye point and wide field eyepiece

The eyepiece adopts a high eye point, large field of view flat field eyepiece with a field of view of 20mm. Provides a spacious and flat observation space.

High definition Sony chip camera device

The FEG series camera is an ideal grade metallographic microscope camera with Sony CMOS sensor standard C-type camera, suitable for high-quality bright field imaging and materials science applications.

Larger magnification range

Adopting a continuous zoom objective lens of 0.7X to 4.5X (6.4:1), with a standard magnification of 7X to 45X; Optional eyepiece and auxiliary objective lens can achieve 3.5-90X magnification. Optical components coated with special film layers create high-quality optical systems.

Image measurement software

Equipped with image measurement software, it can be used for image capture and storage, containing various measurement workpieces, and the operation process is simple and convenient.

FCL-RS image measurement software:

FCL-RS image measurement software is the basic version of our company's image measurement software, which supports multiple international languages. In addition to basic capture and measurement functions, it also includes automatic panoramic image stitching, video EDF depth extension, video overlay time scale, accurate layer fusion of measurement data and images, and the ability to save multiple image file formats.

Charateristics of FCL-RS Image Measurement Software:

●Real time static image capture, capturing static images according to user requirements.

●Images can be saved in JPG, BMP, PNG, and TIF formats.

●Quick and intuitive software calibration method, using scale lines for calibration.

●Provide multiple image processing methods that can perform image processing on the entire image or regions.

●Advanced measurement functions, including calculation of perimeter, width, radius, circumference, and angle.

●Real time dynamic stitching enables panoramic shooting of the sample, increasing the visible field of view.

●Merge images captured at different depths of field into a clear image.

●This is particularly effective for images with deep depth of field, large area under the microscope, and inability to fully align in focus.

●JPG or BMP format static images are easy to save, email, or print.

●The camera is available in pixel sizes of 20 million, 12 million, and 5 million.

FCL-RS basic functions of image measurement software:

●Take pictures:Real time static image capture can provide users with JPG, BMP, PNG, and TIF image formats to meet the needs of different users.

●Geometric measurement:The software provides various measurement tools such as distance, rectangle, circle, polygon, polyline length, angle, line angle, radian, and point to center measurement to meet users' basic geometric measurement functions and obtain relevant measurement data. The measured data can be automatically integrated with the image, providing a clear and intuitive display of the accuracy of the measured area.

●Dynamic splicing:For customers who need to detect larger field of view requirements, the software provides image stitching function. Users can achieve the need for larger field of view image shooting by moving the microscope X-Y platform direction, solving the embarrassment of not being able to take pictures caused by insufficient microscope field of view.

●Dynamic EDF depth of field shooting:For samples with uneven preparation that cannot be focused evenly, the software provides a dynamic EDF depth of field shooting function. By adjusting the Z-axis micro focusing handwheel of the microscope, clear details in the sample will be continuously added to the dynamic EDF display window for dynamic updates. The software automatically records clear images at different depths of field and merges them into a clear image.
