In order to improve product qualification rates and enhance the inspection capabilities of laboratories, we have gathered feedback and suggestions from experts and teachers across various industries and developed this new software system.
The FMIA2025 version of the metallographic image analysis software has undergone a brand-new revision and upgrade. The system covers a vast array of metallographic testing standards from both domestic and international sources, integrating both quantitative and qualitative analysis. It has added new features such as depth of field synthesis and image field stitching. With a clean and simple interface, it allows for continuous shooting of multiple field images, centralized image organization and analysis, and more convenient operation. It eliminates various cumbersome steps found in previous software, making testing faster and more efficient.
