Introducing the 2616 Series: Power and Efficiency Redefined
Maximum Efficiency
Within the product line, the260 delivers the highest power output, with a maximum single-unit output of up to 4,000 kW, while achieving industry-leading performance with an electrical efficiency of up to 42%.
Greater Flexibility
Innovative gas mixing technology provides exceptional fuel adaptability while reducing emissions, with nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions as low as ≤500 mg/Nm³ (2 g/kW·h). Depending on customer requirements, the system can be configured for either power generation or combined heat and power (CHP) applications. For large-scale power projects, output can be flexibly adjusted according to gas supply conditions, ensuring stable and efficient operation.
Significantly Reduced Operating Costs
Simple and efficient maintenance procedures, combined with optimized maintenance plans, can reduce operating costs by up to 20%.
The intelligent control system performs comprehensive monitoring and diagnostics, automatically adjusting operating parameters and system conditions to maintain optimal equipment performance and ensure efficient, safe, and stable operation.
Lubricating oil consumption is ≤0.3 g/kW·h, significantly reducing operation and maintenance (O&M) costs.
Greater Reliability and Durability
Featuring a V-type deep-cradle tunnel frame structure and a four-valve, multi-layer cooled cylinder head design, the compact architecture enhances overall rigidity and structural strength, thereby improving reliability and durability.
The unit is capable of operating up to 8,000 hours annually, with major overhaul intervals of up to 64,000 operating hours for natural gas applications and 48,000 operating hours for other gas types.
Compact Design
The modular design enables fast and convenient installation, reducing installation costs by approximately 15%.
Its compact structure maximizes space utilization, effectively lowering space-related investment costs by approximately 20%.
Wide Fuel Adaptability
The gas generator sets are highly versatile and compatible with a wide range of gaseous fuels, including natural gas, associated petroleum gas, biomass gas, biogas, coalbed methane, industrial gases, blast furnace gas, converter gas, coal-to-gas, and other specialty gases used for power generation.
Note: Factors such as gas quality, air pressure, calorific value, operating environment, and personnel operation level will affect the final output of the unit.
• Sewage Treatment Biogas (65%CH₄ / 35%CO₂)
• Biomass gas (60%CH₄ / 32%CO₂, the rest are N₂)
• Landfill gas (50%CH₄ / 27%CO₂, the rest are N₂)
• Industrial gas (75%CO, 6%H₂, 3%CH₄, 9%CO₂, the rest are N₂)
NOx emission: NOx ≤ 500 mg/Nm³, NOx/Nm³ (Content of dry exhaust gas in 5% O₂)
Refers to ISO8525-1, 50Hz Generator U=10kV, Cosphi=1.0, the minimum methane number of natural gas is MN70
Refers to ISO3046-1, 50Hz Generator U=10kV, Cosphi=1.0, the minimum methane number of natural gas is MN70
