The foundational raw material for the fabrication of a diverse range of bare aluminium overhead conductors is Aluminium Rod. This EC (Electrical Conductor) grade aluminium is sourced from the 1000 series ingot, possessing a minimum purity level of 99.5%. At Pooya Power Knowledge Enterprise, our commitment to enhancing electrical conductivity drives us to employ aluminium ingots with purity exceeding 99.75%.
Our production process commences with the melting of these aluminium ingots in the primary furnace through a continuous casting process. The molten aluminium is subsequently transferred to the holding furnace, setting the stage for the subsequent steps. The molten aluminium is then channeled from the holding furnace to the casting wheel, where it undergoes solidification into an aluminium bar, facilitated by water spray.
Subsequent to this solidification, the aluminium bar undergoes a meticulous rolling process, ultimately culminating in the transformation into aluminium rod. The final product, aluminium rod, is then expertly coiled by the coiler, rendering it ready for immediate use or safe storage.
To ensure the production of aluminium rods of the utmost quality, our dedicated Quality Control unit diligently oversees every facet of the production process. This rigorous supervision is executed in accordance with established BS EN, ASTM, and DIN standards, ensuring that the final aluminium rods adhere to stringent industry benchmarks and deliver exceptional performance and reliability across a myriad of applications.
