The Down-Lead Clamp for tower/pole is used to fix the cable to the splice tower/pole and terminal tower/pole in the down-lead to the closure. One set is supplied for every 1.5 meters.

It is used to fix the cable to the tension tower. Each tower is supplied with 2 sets.
