Overview
Dynamic fatigue testing machines are mainly used to test the dynamic and static mechanical properties of various metals, non-metallic materials, components, elastic bodies, rubber elastomers and shock absorbers. Tensile, compression, bending, low-cycle and high-cycle fatigue, crack propagation and fracture mechanics tests can be carried out under sine wave, triangular wave, square wave, trapezoidal wave, ramp wave and user-defined waveforms. Equipped with high-temperature furnace, low-temperature chamber, corrosion tank and other environmental chambers as required, it can complete mechanical property tests of materials under different environmental conditions. It is applied in quality control and experimental research in aerospace, ship engineering, ground vehicles, rail transit, building components, auto parts and other fields.
A dynamic fatigue testing machine generally consists of a main frame, servo oil source, servo controller, computer, test fixtures and pipeline assembly. It is used to test materials, parts, components or assemblies under long-term cyclic loading.
Machine Features
Frame-type main structure. The worktable, uprights and crossbeam form a closed loading space with high structural rigidity.
Symmetrical frame structure. The loading axis is coaxial with the machine axis for rational force distribution.
The base and crossbeam are manufactured by gantry machining. Uprights and crossbeams adopt assembled connection to ensure high coaxiality of the frame and uniform force bearing.
The moving crossbeam is driven by hydraulic locking and hydraulic lifting. It is safe and reliable, and the test space can be adjusted flexibly.
Multiple machine specifications: 5kN ~ 10000kN are available.
The actuator is integrated with the main frame, available in top-mounted and bottom-mounted structures.
The actuator adopts double-rod double-action design for excellent fatigue-resistant structure.
The actuator is built with displacement sensors, load sensors and electro-hydraulic servo valves.
The actuator stroke is equipped with a hydraulic buffer to effectively reduce impact pressure.
A full range of test fixtures are available: hydraulic wedge clamps, threaded fixtures, compression fixtures, bending fixtures, etc.
Multiple standard oil sources are optional: 10L/min ~ 1000L/min.
Full digital servo controller with powerful and reliable performance. It supports test parameter setting, safety setting module, custom test functions and automatic test report generation.
Adhering to the company’s safety, stability and environmental protection design concept, the equipment achieves better safety, stability and energy-saving performance.
